I have bought organic lentils, onions, spices, cashews, dates, coconut, coconut oil, coconut flour, almonds, quinoa, veggies, and other fruits. I have picked out recipes that use these foods. I will plan and make my meals in advance. I will keep track of what I eat by writing it down in a journal. I will show this journal to my husband to hold myself accountable.
If I have to go to a party- I will bring healthy food options. If I get stressed- I will reduce my stress by aromatherapy, taking a walk, listening to music, and/or calling a friend.
